Job Overview
The Art Director will oversee the design department, manage resources, and ensure design concepts align with client expectations and company standards. As the primary creative leader, you will guide projects from pitch to completion, managing both internal and external relationships. This role demands excellent communication skills with a focus on English negotiation, empathy, and valuable discussions with clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Design Department: Oversee all creative aspects of exhibition projects, ensuring design integrity and adherence to project timelines.
- Team Management: Manage, mentor, and motivate a small multidisciplinary design team (graphic designers, interior designers, 3D designers, etc.), allocate resources efficiently, and encourage professional growth.
- Project & Pitch Management: Take ownership of managing and calculating your own design projects and pitches. Ensure smooth handling of project planning, budgeting, and execution.
